Delhi
to Jaipur by road: 5 and Half hours. Best road trip in India. Will cost around 2500-3000 Rs.
On
the entrance of Jaipur city look at Aravalli hills.
Check
in to hotel.
B. At afternoon, start tour with a trip around your city.
Day 2:
Three
Forts: Reserved car will charge around 2500 Rs for the whole day trip.
1. Jaigarh
Fort:
Fort of victory- Jaipur sation to Jaigarh fort around 40 Minutes. Fee : Rs. 70/Person.
Open: 9:00 AM TO 5:00PM
a. Can see
Maota lake and Jaipur city from the fort wall.
b. Jaivana
– Largest cannon on wheels.
2. NahargarhFort:
Fee: Rs 20/Person. Open: 10:00 AM TO 5:00PM
a. Amazing
view of the surroundings.
b. First go
to Wax museum
c. Model of
Ancient sheesh mahal – Separate ticket. Fee: Rs 150/Person.
d. Water
tank of the fort. Step well architecture is famous.
e. Madhavendra Bhawan. Summer palace of the royal family. 9 Identical rooms for each queen.
f. Go for lunch inside fort.
3. Amber Fort– Fee:
Rs 100/Person. Open: 10:00 AM TO 5:30PM
a. Need to
park car at the base of hill. From there take a Jeep/Elephant ride to top. Fee:
Jeep 500/6 people, Elephant 1100/2 People. Jeep will take you to back side. Get
down outside main entrance.
b. There
are three courtyards. From main entrance- First courtyard.Visit Temple of Shila
Devi near first courtyard.
c. Second
courtyard. Visit Diwan-i-am(Public
audience hall).
d. Enter throught Ganesh Pol to
Main palace complex. On one side of the complex : Sheesh mahal(Residence of the
King). On the other side: Sukh Mahal(Summer palace of the queen).
e. Palaces of the 12 queens
f. Third courtyard.
g. Royal kitchen.
h. Evening Light and sound show. Fee : Rs
150/Person.
4. JalMahal
– Architecture beauty. Four floors remain underwater. Not accessible now. Enjoy
from outside only.
Day 3:
1. Albert Hall Museum: Fee: - Rs 10/Person. Open: 09:00 AM
TO 5:00PM
a. Paintings of all Kings of Jaipur.
b. Jewelry,
carpets, Crystal artworks and sculptures.
2. CityPalace:
Architectural brilliance.
3. HawaMahal:
